The 5C.C7 T-cell blasts expressing fluorescent reporters for the MTOC (red) and the indicated signaling molecules and motor proteins (cyan) were imaged and ultraviolet (UV)-irradiated on glass coverslips containing photoactivatable peptide-major histocompatibility complex.
