Lanes P1 and P2 contain plasmids isolated from E. coli with pBI501-oriP1-cdc6L for P1 and pBI501-oriP2-cdc6M for P2, whereas the other lanes contain crude DNA extracted from the corresponding H. mediterranei transformants.
