The photoacoustic waves (shown as the red waves) of individual biological particles are produced due to the laser uniform illumination on each RBCs (as the green flashing) and on each cell nuclei (as the ultraviolet flashing) at the respective absorption wavelength (green for RBCs and ultraviolet for cell nuclei).
