The germinated seeds were grown in nutrient solution for one day and then shifted to solutions with 0 or 50 μM CdCl2 for another 12 h. After the removal of Cd stresses, the seedlings were then incubated in solution with 25 μM GSH, 10 μM BSO or 50% saturation of HRW alone or their combinations for 48 h. Data are means ± SE from three independent experiments. Bars with different letters are significantly different at P<0.05 according to Duncan’s multiple range test.
