(A) Bone marrow cells from LysM and ERK1/2 mice (six of each) were counted using a hemacytometer and then analyzed by flow cytometry using the indicated gating strategy and the antibody panel described in Table 1. (B-F) Cell numbers from each population of immature hematopoietic cells were extrapolated from the total bone marrow cell counts and the percentage of each population following analysis in FlowJo.
