The fractions marked with black caused severe embryonic defect but did not inhibit the outgrowth of ISVs. The fractions marked with blue did not cause a defective phenotype and resulted in normal embryos. The fraction DYVE-D3 marked with red was a positive hit, which inhibited the outgrowth of ISVs specifically. The zebrafish marked with red were screened out for inhibition of ISVs.
