Full-field ERG responses are not affected by blast exposure. At 7 days postblast (mice exposed to blast were 2 months of age and eyes were facing away from the blast; n = 10), no significant difference was observed in the maximum combined scotopic ERG a-wave (A) and b-wave (B), when compared with age-matched control mice (n = 7). Additionally, there was no significant difference in the amplitudes of the summated oscillatory potential component (C) and P1–N3 flicker response (D) between control and blast-exposed mice.
