Human eosinophil-enriched suspensions containing 3x10⁵ cells/100 μL were left to migrate in transwell plates against eotaxin (20 ng/mL) (positive control) or ADP (100 and 10 nM) in (A) the absence or (B) presence of IL-5 (30 ng/mL) for 3 h at 37°C.
