EC50 values (μM) of jasmone, rose oxide, nootkatone, methyl vanillate, methyl isoeugenol (MIEG), and ethyl vanillin obtained from dose-response curves using the SEAP reporter assay measurement on wild-type and mutant receptors of Olfr73 as shown in Supplementary Fig. 4.
