Notes: The direct comparison included in this study is represented. There are five interventions in this study (anastrozole, exemestane, letrozole, tamoxifen, and placebo). The lines connecting them represent direct comparison and the number of patients included in this study. The thickness of lines is according to the number of patients included in this study. For example, blue line between tamoxifen and exemestane represents the RCTs that directly compare exemestane with tamoxifen (EORTC,34 TEAM,33 etc), 3 (14,695) means there are 3 RCTs, and 14,695 patients are included in this study.
