Notes: (A) Total cardiovascular side effects. (B) Severe cardiovascular side effects. Among the three AIs, anastrozole was found to be less hazardous. OR value was 1.36 (95% CI =0.47–2.82) compared with exemestane and 1.13 compared with letrozole (95% CI =0.22–2.28). Letrozole and exemestane were almost the same in total CV risk. Both severe and total CV risk deviance information criterion (DIC) values were <200, which meant the calculated results were convincible.
