Relatively higher levels of CD46 receptor were observed on the human CC cell lines SiHa and C-33A, as well as the primary cancer cell CC-5 than that on normal cell line NHLF. The blank histograms show the measured fluorescence of cells incubated with an isotype control (detailed), and the black histograms represent cells labeled with an anti-CD46 fluorescein isothiocyanate antibody. The analysis was performed by flow cytometry.
