The tail current density was measured at −50 mV following a depolarization to +60 mV. CMs indicates cardiomyocytes; k, slope factor (see protocol in Figure 4A); pA, current amplitude; pF, cell membrane capacitance; UhiPS, urine-derived human induced pluripotent stem cells; V1/2, prepulse voltage for which the tail current is half of its maximal value.
