Notes: The viability of A2780 human ovarian cancer cells was determined after 24-hour exposure to different concentrations of GO, rGO, rGO–Ag nanocomposite, and AgNPs using the WST-8 assay. The results are expressed as the mean ± standard deviation of three independent experiments. A significant difference was observed above 50 μM. The viability of treated cells compared to the untreated cells by the Student’s t-test (*P<0.05).
