Telemetric blood pressure transmitters were surgically implanted into mice. Hemodynamic data were collected for 2 days, and mean arterial pressures (MAPs) are presented. Data were collected from mice before tamoxifen and at 4- and 7-weeks post tamoxifen. Each point represents mean MAP ± SEM in mm Hg from 5–7 mice.
