Microscopy of encapsulated RNA localization to POPC membranes with peptides. Confocal images show that RNA (5′-FAM-U₁₅, green) encapsulated in POPC vesicles (containing a rhodamine-labeled lipid, red) becomes localized to the membrane of certain vesicles after an overnight incubation with R3F3 and R3W3 peptides. The scale bar is 20 μm.
