Shown are total energy expenditure (TEE; (A)), respiratory quotient (RQ; (B)), food intake (C) and ambulatory activity (D). Values are mean ± s.e.m of n = 5–8 samples *P < 0.05, ***P < 0.001 compared to age-matched WT littermates.
