Anti-tumor cytotoxicity of induced immune cells in vitro. Cytolysis against hematological malignancy targets K562 (a), NB-4 (b), Jurkat (c), HL-60 (d), U266 (e), and Raji (f) cells were compared at 10:1 effector-target ratios (E:T).
