Case 2. (A,B) MPR and (C,D) transverse scanning images display ureterostenosis of the bilateral ureter at the level of the 3rd and 4th lumbar intervertebral space, and ureterectasia above the level of ureterostenosis. A nondilated or circuitous ovarian vein is found crossing over the ureter. Severe uronephrosis is also displayed (white arrow indicates the ureter and black arrow indicates the ovarian vein).
