The KCNJ5, CYP11B2, and ATP2B3 mRNA expression levels were significantly lower in 6 normal adrenal gland tissue compared with tumors. Each bar represents the mean ± SE of relative gene expression in 3 independent experiments. The relative mRNA levels were normalized to glyceraldehyde-phosphate dehydrogenase (GAPDH) using the 2−ΔΔCT method. The median of each group and P value are indicated in the graph.
