SUCECs inhibit proliferation of (T)cells: SUCECs were cultured with CFSE labeled PBMCs at 1:10 ratio in 24-well plates. The cultures were stimulated with PHA (5 μg/ml) for 72 h. Proliferation of T cells cultured with or without SUCECs was examined by flow cyometry. (A) Representative dot plots of proliferating T cells are shown.
