In vivo binding specificity and brain distribution of [11C]TZ1964B in non-human primates (NHPs). Representative PET and the co-registered MRI/PET images of [11C]TZ1964B in NHPs (A, summed radioactivity from 0 to 120 min) and averaged SUV curves of striatum and cerebellum (n = 6, B) indicated the tracer consistently accumulated in the NHP striatum, which could be blocked by MP-10 pretreatment. The average striatum to cerebellum (target to reference) ratio near steady state was ~5.50. Graphical analysis by LoganREF model also revealed the striatum has much higher radiotracer uptake than other brain regions (C).
