EA.hy 926 endothelial cells were treated with either Dex (1, 10 or 100 nmol/L) or with the solvent control DMSO for 24 h. mRNA expression was analyzed with qPCR for XDH, Nox4, CAT, SOD1, GPx1 and TNX2.
