Measurement of bone resorbing activity of OCs stimulated by BC cells. The OCs capacity to produce erosive lacunae on calcium phosphate was measured after stimulation with CM from both untreated and Everolimus-treated BC cells. a Significant increases of the number of erosion pits (above) and percentage of resorbed area (below), were observed after incubating OCs with CM from both BC cells, whereas this effect was significantly suppressed by Everolimus (*p < 0.05).
