(A) mRNA expression of DNA damage and repair related genes in 16HBE cells with Cd induced malignant transformation. The gene expression was validated in untreated controls 16HBE cells, Cd-induced 5^th, 15^th treated cells, 35^th passage transformed cells by qPCR and normalized to that of β-actin.
