(B) M1 and M2 macrophage profile associated cytokines and chemokine were measured by Luminex assay in medium from decidual macrophages recovered from mouse on day 14.5 of normal pregnancy, cultured ex vivo and treated with PBS and PGN+poly(I:C) for 2 h, followed by treatment with either control or GSI for 10 h.
