T1 measurements for select ROIs for In-Vivo Experiment 1 (comparison to FSE-IR) and In-Vivo Experiment 2 (reproducibility experiment 1). Measurements are were made over a single time point for volunteer 1 and across 8 time points for volunteer 2 to 3. The reported coefficient of variation Cv in the reproducibility experiment was calculated first on a voxel-by-voxel basis, then averaged across each ROI. The T1 measurements for volunteer 1 provide the following calibration curve: T1MPnRAGE=1.00 T1FSE-IR + 24 ms, r2=0.990.
