Transmission patterns of UR LGD variants in five recurrently hit genes. Shown are the 14 UR LGD variants found in ADNP, DIP2A, KATNAL2, KMT2C, and PTEN, all of which have been targeted by multiple DN LGD mutations and have a decreased load of UR LGD variants after removing variants transmitted to affected children. The table lists the family identification in which the UR LGD variant was identified (family), the description of the genomic variant and its position (variant), and the gender (square for male, circle for female) and affected status (red for affected, white for unaffected) of each family member. Family members who carry the variant are indicated by “1.” In the next column, the targeted gene and the effect on the encoded protein (“gene and effect”) are shown, and the verbal and nonverbal IQs of the affected child are displayed in the final column.
