Mitomycin C stimulates BRCA1 centrosome localization in G2 cells. U2-OS cells were either left untreated (-MMC) or treated with 0.5 μM MMC overnight (+MMC). Cells were then fixed in methanol and stained with antibodies against γ-Tubulin (green) and BRCA1 (red). Nuclei were stained with DAPI (blue). Representative images of G2 cells are shown in (A). More than 100 cells with the G2 centrosome staining pattern (2 further separated centrosomes) were counted and quantified (B).
