Protamine–RNA-stimulated DCs can induce antigen-specific T cell responses. HLA-A0201+ DCs were pulsed with gp100280–288 short peptide or irrelevant peptide, stimulated with protamine–RNA complexes (pR) formed in 0, 25, or 50 mM NaCl, and co-cultured overnight with Jurkat cells expressing the TCR-v-beta14 receptor specific for the gp100280–288 peptide in the context of HLA-A0201.
