The tail motor amplitude (A), tail sensory amplitude (B), sciatic CMAP amplitude (C), and sural nerve amplitude (D) is shown for female C57Bl/6 mice. Data were obtained with 18–24 mice per age and expressed as the mean with the standard error. Tukey’s post-test was used to determine significant differences between age groups after two-way ANOVA determined a significant effect of age. Values that are statistically different are denoted with different letters.
