UCA1 regulates the expression of KLF4 and KRT6/13. After the cells transfected with si-UCA1 for 48 h, RT-PCR and western blotting are used to detect the expression of KLF4 in PC3 and LNCaP cell lines (A), and the protein exprossion of KRT6, KRT13, JNK and p-JNK is measured in PC3 and LNCaP cell lines (B).
