NSCs differentiation into neurons. The NSCs were cultured with glial cell medium with all-trans-retinoic acid, BDNF and NT-3. After three weeks, the differentiated NSCs were stained with the Tuj1 antibody. Many neurons appeared as shown in (A, B). After 6 weeks, synapsins were formed clearly as shown in (C, D).
