DYRK2 regulates TERT and Katanin stability as a scaffold protein for the EDVP complex. In G2/M phase, DYRK2 phosphorylates TERT (upper) and Katanin p60 (lower). These phosphorylations trigger ubiquitin ligase EDD-mediated ubiquitination.
