Cyclin A/cdk2 regulates a subset of Cdh1 targets. HeLa cells were transfected with either Lipofectamine alone (Con), nonsense (NS), or Cyclin A siRNAs (#1, #3) without and with co-transfection with Cdh1 siRNA. Cells were synchronised with thymidine and harvested at 7 h after release when they were in G2 phase, lysed and immunoblotted for the indicated proteins.
