LiCl inhibited the proliferation of NB4 cells. NB4 cells were cultured with 0-40mM LiCl for 24h in 96-well plate. Then the cytotoxic effect was detected by CCK-8 array.CCK-8 array showed that the proliferation of NB4 cells was inhibited by LiCl in a dose-depengdent manner compared with controls.
