Additional N370S/N370S Gaucher lines were used to confirm the effect of the 8 best active miRNA candidates on GCase activity and viability. In addition to the NegCtrl (Ambion NegCtrl#2) used for normalization, the experiment had 2 other negative controls, Ambion NegCtrl#1 and Qiagen NegCtrl. Results represent the average value along with the standard deviation for replicate wells. The experiment was performed in a 384-well plate (16 replicates for each siRNA/miRNA).
