CT-26 tumor cells were inoculated in mice, allowed to form solid tumor and treated with stated molecules as mentioned in the figure. Treatment of anti-TIM-3 antibody or cyclophosphamide alone inhibits tumor growth. Combined therapy with anti-TIM-3 antibody and cyclophosphamide causes greater inhibition of tumor growth. Tumor-bearing mice with treatment of isotype antibody or PBS served as controls (n = 6; mean ± SEM; ** = p<0.001; * = p < 0.01; NS = Non significant, p > 0.05; p values for Mann-Whitney U test).
