The performance of each mouse was measured during and following weekly administration of increasing doses of MPTP. (A) location-correct responses during the cue revealed that mice administered MPTP (n=14) failed to learn the task compared to the vehicle treated mice (n=11), while (B) latency to respond correctly following the onset of the cue increased progressively with the MPTP doses. (C) The precue period decreased significantly compared to the vehicle group following the 3rd and 4th week of MPTP administration.
