If a position was mutated to more than one residue, the two amino acids are listed, for example “A130V/T” indicates A130 was mutated to both a valine and threonine. Frameshift mutations are indicated by “fs”. For multi-domain proteins, the predicted domains are represented by different colors. HAMP, histidine kinase, adenyl cyclase, methyl-accepting protein, and phosphatase linker; DHp, dimerization and histidine-containing phosphotransfer domain; CA, catalytic and ATP-binding domain; TM, transmembrane motif.
