Cell monolayers were incubated with plain DMEM (control) or MI-432 (treated) for 48 hours, and then cells were labelled for claudin-4 and cell nuclei were stained with DAPI in blue. IPEC-J2 cells showed homogenous, intense membranous claudin-4 positivity in the absence and in the presence of MI-432.
