Data presented represent the most prevalent canonical combinations within each library in (A) Pre-selection clones and (B) Post-selection clones. X: indicates no currently recognized canonical class with the same loop length. The percentage of specific canonical combination within the entire library population of the analyzed pre (A) and post (B)-selection sequences are in parenthesis
