Level of antibodies against Ad14 and Ad14P1 fiber knobs in human serum. Serum samples from 78 ovarian cancer patients (x axis) were diluted 1:50 and subjected to ELISA to measure Ad14- and Ad14P1-specific IgG antibodies. OD450 readings were compared to those from pooled normal human serum (NHS) (taken as 1.0).
