Control and DIAPH1-depleted cells (D5) were subcutaneously injected into the neck of SCID mice and after 42 days the tumors were resected. Dissemination of tumor cells was monitored by BLI and 40 to 44 days after resection of tumors, mice were sacrificed and the number of tumor cells (Cell No.) in lung, bone marrow and blood was analyzed by Alu PCR. Shown are mean values of three to four different mice, injected with control or D5 cells, respectively.
