Endothelium plays an important role in vasodilatation to NECA. After endothelium denudation, we performed NECA responses in MAs. (A) Graph shows that NECA‐induced vascular responses were partially dependent on endothelium. (B) Denuded MAs were exposed to angiotensin (ANG) II (10 nM), and serial NECA‐induced responses were performed.
