The effect of recAP on LPS‐induced ATP and ADP release in vitro. CiPTEC were pretreated with recAP (10 U mL−1) followed by incubation with LPS (100 µg mL−1) in Krebs–Henseleit buffer containing 10 mM HEPES (pH 7.4). After 20 min, supernatant was collected to determine the purine content by HPLC. Control cells were incubated with buffer.
