The methylation levels of the 5 target gene promoters following 5-Aza treatment of Hep-2 and RR-Hep-2 cells. Cells were treated with or without 5-Aza (5 μM) for 72 h, and the fractions of methylated CpG sites were compared for (A) TOPO2A, (B) PLXDC2, (C) ETNK2, (D) GFI1 and (E) IL12B.
