(A) CCK-8 assays showed that mucin 1 promoted the proliferation of A549-miR-145 and NCI-H520-miR-145 cells compared with mock groups. (B) The colony-forming abilities of A549-miR-145 and NCI-H520-miR-145 cells transfected with the mucin 1 vector were promoted compared with cells transfected with the control vector. (C) Transwell migration assays and matrigel invasion assays indicated that mucin 1 increased the migration and invasion abilities of A549-miR145 and NCI-H520-miR145 cells.
