Validation of the effective working dose of 212Pb-cetuximab therapy. Kaplan-Meier survival curves of mice (n = 10) bearing i.p. LS-174T tumor xenografts were injected i.p. with 10 μCi 212Pb-labeled cetuximab and compared to 212Pb-trastuzumab. Additional groups of mice included untreated and 212Pb-HuIgG. Another group of mice received a single dose of unlabeled cetuximab (2 mg).
