(C):KCNR, BE2 cells were treated with AZD6918 at concentration of 2.5 μM for 2 hours, then NB cells were harvested and total protein was extracted for the evaluation of P-TrkB, P-Akt, P-mTOR and P-GSK-3. GAPDH was used as control.
